ARC AVOCATS is a law firm based in France, more specifically in Strasbourg, and operates both in the French and the international market, alongside banking institutions, listed and unlisted companies, as well as public figures.
Son fondateur, Maître Chervin RAHIMIAN, Avocat inscrit au Barreau de Strasbourg exerçant en entreprise individuelle et Docteur en Droit des Affaires, est diplômé d’une licence (Université de Strasbourg et Université de Stockholm), d’un Master 1 en Droit Européen des Affaires obtenu à l’Université de Nice ainsi que d’un Master 2 droit des Affaires obtenu à l’Université de Strasbourg.
Despite the international dimension of its clientele, the law firm remains strongly connected to its roots: Chervin RAHIMIAN is a founding member of two local associations supporting business leaders:
- The Groupement de Prévention Agréé du Grand Est (GPA Grand Est - Article L.611-1 of the Commercial Code), where he served as President from December 2017 to September 2020, and later as Vice-President until April 2022. He currently holds the position of Honorary President;
- APESA 67, where he served as Vice-President until September 2020.
The firm has developed expertise and operates in the field of business law.
