ARC AVOCATS is a law firm based in France, more specifically in Strasbourg, and operates both in the French and the international market, alongside banking institutions, listed and unlisted companies, as well as public figures.
Its founder, M. Chervin RAHIMIAN, Lawyer and Ph. D. in Business Law, holds a Bachelor's degree (University of Strasbourg and University of Stockholm), a Master’s degree in European Business Law (University of Nice), and another Master’s degree in Business Law obtained from the University of Strasbourg.
Despite the international dimension of its clientele, the law firm remains strongly connected to its roots: Chervin RAHIMIAN is a founding member of two local associations supporting business leaders:
- The Groupement de Prévention Agréé du Grand Est (GPA Grand Est - Article L.611-1 of the Commercial Code), where he served as President from December 2017 to September 2020, and later as Vice-President until April 2022. He currently holds the position of Honorary President;
- APESA 67, where he served as Vice-President until September 2020.
The firm has developed expertise and operates in the field of business law.

Chervin RAHIMIAN
Chervin RAHIMIAN began his career by joining an association dedicated to helping over-indebted individuals and companies in financial difficulty. This initial experience allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the financial and legal challenges his clients face.
Although specialized in managing financial difficulties, Chervin has broadened his expertise by researching and developing innovative solutions. His approach aims to promote the sustainable growth of his clients' businesses while ensuring the protection of their interests. He is committed to providing tailored legal advice, adapted to the specific needs of each client, emphasizing a relationship of trust and transparency.
Since January 2022, he has been leading ARC AVOCATS with a clear mission: to embody the values of dedication, integrity, and loyalty while respecting the ethical rules of the legal profession.
